We are specialists in the repair, renovation and installation of wooden windows and doors. This often includes, frames, cills, bargeboards, fascias, dressing timbers and soffits. We start by sanding back to reveal any damage that is not visible to the naked eye, any rot we find is cut out and new wood is spliced in. All is then finished to a highly professional standard, using modern paint solutions.

What we do
A quality finish depends on first class preparation - we start by standing down to discover any hidden underlying damage and prepare the wood for its new surface. We remove failed putty and replace with new. Any failed glazing is removed and replaced. We splice in bespoke timber replacements after cutting out any failed or rotten wood, which, when combined with high performance treatments and a first-class paint finish, enables us to breathe new life to your windows.
Windows can be routed out to accept the retro fitting of new double glazing or Fineo Vacuum Glazing
Broken fasteners and stays can be replaced, sashes can be rehung and fitted with new weights and integral draught-proofing.
We use primer and undercoat followed by a minimum of two coats of topcoat to provide an excellent professional and durable finish.
We are pleased to recommend Zinsser, Dulux Weathershield, Sadolin, Farrow & Ball, and Little Greene paints. We also use a variety of natural wood finishes, such as Osmo, Sikkens and Sadolin.

We organise everything, from scaffolding and hardware to paint and finishes, furniture, seals, and sealants. We are meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each day, so there are no tools or mess left overnight - it's your home and we treat it with respect and care.
We finish each job with a professional clean of all your glass, inside and out.
